software to send emails to customers and prospects that have agreed to receive
email from them, or with whom they have a pre-existing business relationship.
Thus the use of rented, purchased, or shared email lists is expressly
prohibited.
We forbid the transmission of unsolicited
commercial email (spam) via our system, and we also encourage our members to
respect their customers' time and attention by controlling the frequency of
mailings to individual email addresses.
Why did you receive an email from our
system?
If you received an email from
us, it is because one of our clients used the software system to send you an
email. Our client members must agree that all email addresses used in our system
are opt-in names that have given permission to the client to send them email, or
that there is a pre-existing business relationship.
If you have received unwanted, unsolicited
email sent via the PoweredByBlackpants system, or purporting to be sent
via PoweredByBlackpants, please forward a copy of that email with your
comments to abuse@blackpants.com for prompt review.
Privacy
PoweredByBlackpants respects your privacy, and will not sell,
rent, or share email addresses
or
personal information without your advance permission, unless ordered by a court
of law. Information submitted to our system is only available to those
responsible for managing this data.
How do I unsubscribe?
Each email sent via PoweredByBlackpants contains a link that allows you to
change your subscription preferences, update your personal profile, or Opt Out
entirely.
As your interests change, you may
unsubscribe from specific list(s) that are no longer of interest, subscribe to
other list(s) , or Opt Out entirely. The system is fully automated, and changes
take effect immediately.
PoweredByBlackpants provides tools for
client members to monitor individual subscribers' interaction with the emails.
Based on this interaction, client members may offer new lists which are they
believe are of interest to you. Via the subscription preferences link, you may
at any time view which list(s) to which you are subscribed, and modify
accordingly.
